Can I change the wording? Can I include a poem or phrase? How do I know if my wording will fit on the invitations? Do you seal the envelopes? Do you have a minimum order? What is the Order Process?

How do we view our stationery to approve it?
A proof
via email will be sent within 2-3 working days upon receipt of full payment and submission of guest information.
How should I supply
the guest names and addresses?
You can send your guest list via excel or a word document. Type all names exactly as you would like
them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, John and Jane Smith, John & Jane. Once we import them into our system we
will then send the list back to you for proofing as our system will zip code check and if there is a wrong zip code it will pick up
the mistake. We have found it very beneficial to have you proof the list because you will see mistakes that you missed when sending
the original list.
How do I pay for my wedding invitations?
Paymnet options are arranged when booking your invitations, we accept paypal
and personal checks.
Can I pay a deposit for my stationery to be setup?
We only do deposits when working with our wedding customers
or special orders.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Upon receipt of the order, payment and wording, we begin the design
process of creating your proof. This takes approximately 2 working days and in some cases can be sooner. Once we have a confimed proof
we start printing and ship your order as soon as it is completed.
Can I change the colour of one of the designs?
We can change the colour
on some of our designs. On the in stock design an icon has been placed by the item number on those that can be changed.
Can I change
the font/s?
Yes we can change the font/s used in our designs.
We have samples of some of our fonts on our fonts page but we have several others that we use. If you have a name of a font you would like us to use please email it to us and we will do our best to accommodate you with that font or one similar.
In most cases our customers are comfortable with us suggesting fonts.
Do you send out samples?
We
will send samples of our papers so you can get a true color. We don’t have extra’s of all the wedding invite’s as we only make enough
per order and only in some cases do we make extra’s that we would have as a sample.
We can send samples of any of our instock designs. Please inquire.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Our online gallery is our showroom. For local customers we do make appointments
and you can see samples of our work.
Can you deliver internationally?
Yes. We can deliver to some international locations. All international
orders must be paid by credit card or Paypal and you are responsible for the shipping and any customs.
How do I supply my photos?
Images
can be supplied either via email, on disk or as a hard copy photograph. Please do not alter images (e.g. change size or colour) as
this is part of our service and ensure digital images are at the highest possible quality. Emailed images must be supplied as a JPEG
that is no larger than 3MB and no smaller than 300KB. We will examine your images upon receipt and advise if they are not suitable
to be used for print.
Can I use professional photos?
Yes you can use professional images; however these may be protected by copyright
laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer. You will need to get consent from your photographer. We will
give credit to the photographer. If you have further questions please contact us.
