POLICY
Due to the fact that we create products that are customized to you, once we start the process of designing deposits are non-refundable.
The required deposit to start will depend on the size of the order and what is involved in creating your product and will be determined
at the start of your project.
We work very closely with you to provide a product that you will be satisfied with. Please understand
that if for some reason your event gets cancelled or some unforeseen problem occurs, you will still be responsible for the products
you ordered and full payment will be expected. We will do our best to work with should a situation arise but understand that our time
is valuable and we do our best to provide you with an excellent product at affordable prices and therefore can not assume responsibility
out of our control.
We provide actual samples for you to proof when time allows. In rush order situation you assume responsible
for products that have only been proofed online. We always stress that colors will vary from what you see online as all monitors show
colors differently. Spell check only picks up some mistakes. We give you ample opportunities to proof read and after your final ok
any mistakes that were missed become your responsibility.
